When Works?
Pick a few towns and a day: the hours when everyone is at work, or at least awake, in each town's own time, and the clock changes that are about to move the gap.

One row per hour of the first town's day: a day its clocks change has 23 or 25. A day name in a cell means that town is on a different day.
Clock changes in the next four weeks
Time zones and clock changes come from your browser's own copy of the IANA time zone database, the one
phones and computers set their clocks by. Working days follow each country's weekend as
Unicode CLDR records it (Friday and Saturday across much of the Gulf, Thursday
and Friday in Afghanistan, Friday in Iran, Sunday in India). A public holiday counts as a day off, both nationwide ones and a state's or
province's own (Ontario's Victoria Day, Bavaria's Epiphany), and a weekend day moved to make up for one counts as a
working day, from the same table as Who's Off? (2026 and 2027;
Italy's and France's local holidays, set by province or city, are not counted, nor a state's the table does not
list, and a holiday does not close every workplace). Towns:
